This is free non-commercial version. Chestnut tree and grass piece mid poly 3D models. Zip includes the following MAX(3Ds Max2013),3DS and OBJ file formats. 

For non-commercial use all objects is triangulated. Triangles total 53 314, about ~40K on tree.
